Exploring Artificial Intelligence through play: our team building experience

This April, we took part in a truly unique team building day, entirely dedicated to the theme of artificial intelligence.
As part of the Jazzinsieme Factory project, we followed a path of original and engaging activities designed to help us approach AI in a practical, accessible, and collaborative way.

We kicked off the day by building our “Tree of Values”—a group exercise that encouraged open discussion and reflection on what defines our identity as a company. Each team contributed to outlining the core values that guide us at Oesse: a valuable moment of listening, synthesis, and shared vision.

From there, we moved into a creative challenge using a generative AI model to write the lyrics for a song inspired by those very values.

Each group worked independently, interpreting the AI-generated content, enriching it with their own ideas, and giving it a personal touch. The day concluded with a collective performance, where each team presented their song to the others—celebrating creativity, participation, and positive energy.

We learned, experimented, had fun, and got to know each other better—teaming up on a subject that still feels new in our everyday working lives, but that we know is key to growing together.
