The cooling pack concerned cools a 1560 kW MTU 12V 4000 P63 engine and the ventilations is managed by electric engines electronically controlled by inverters that allow to reduce the noise and absorption of the fans. The entire cooling unit as per field specification is certified by external bodies such as Lloyd's Register and RINA.
