Unity is strength, also for Oesse and partners

 

‘Unity is strength’ is a rule that applies in all sectors, and we are convinced of it. This truth is one of the key awarenesses at Oesse, where we know that in order to achieve our mission, teamwork is essential.

To follow up on our motto ‘Sharing Energy’, we are committed to implementing concrete actions that focus not only on the effectiveness and efficiency of work activities, but also on the psycho-physical well-being of the company’s employees.

A 3×3 basketball court was recently built inside one of the company’s plants to give all employees the chance to practise sports and share moments of leisure and fun.

The inauguration of the basketball court was the perfect opportunity to meet two of our partners: the Humus Basket team and the Associazione Formatori ed Operatori Soccorso e Sicurezza | SOS FVG.

It was a real pleasure to spend an afternoon together with the boys’ and girls’ youth basketball teams and representatives of the SOS FVG association.

To best inaugurate the basketball court, group games were played in mixed teams of Humus Basket boys and Oesse employees, conveying the key concepts of cooperation, understanding, commitment and group goal.
Afterwards, SOS FVG representatives illustrated the main activities carried out by the association and updated us on the main risks/actions to be carried out in cases of emergency to ensure the proper rescue of people in distress.

This was followed by a convivial moment with general refreshments, to relieve the most fatigued from the sporting activity, and to wish our partners the best for the continuation of their activities!
